How to order a Fusion staff
Every Fusion staff is built from the same few parts: a handle, two ends, and for dragons, hubs and spokes. See the parts, pick your options, then grab a kit.
The handle
The middle of every staff. Each end pushes on and twists until tight. There are two sizes.
Contact / Dragon handle
400mm, about 25mm thick with grip. Made for rolling over your body. Carbon fibre or aluminium.
Spin handle
300mm and thinner (about 22mm with grip), so it spins fast in your fingers. Aluminium, F-Grip only.
The ends
One on each side of the handle. The end decides what your staff does.
Pure end
A plain tube with an open tip. Nothing on it, so you can fit hubs onto it. This is the base of most dragon staffs.
Fire end
Kevlar wick screwed onto the tip: Sushi Wrap, Monkey Fist or Isis. Always aluminium so the heat can't hurt it.
LED hybrid end
Hybrid means two materials: aluminium near the handle, glowing polycarbonate at the tip, with a rechargeable light inside. Standard cap or Prism head.
Spin ends
Bare (no grip) and sized to the thinner spin handle. Fire or all-glowing LED.
Which hub fits which end? Ultra hubs plug into the open tip, so they need Pure ends. V3 hubs clamp on the outside, so they also fit Fire ends. Lumi LED heads fit Pure and LED hybrid ends.
The hubs
Dragon staffs only. A hub sits on each end and holds the spokes.
Ultra hub
Twists into a Pure end, no tools. The lightest option. 3 or 4 spokes each.
V3 hub
Clamps on the outside with an Allen key. Very secure, and the only hub for fire ends. 3 or 4 spokes each.
Lumi LED head
A hub with 3 glowing spokes built in. Just push it on.
V3 hubs on carbon Pure ends? Add 22mm end caps. The clamp can crack carbon without them.
The spokes
Slide into the hubs and lock with a small screw. All swap in and out. Six or eight spokes is just looks; eight adds a little weight.

Your options
Every staff then needs three choices.
Length
Dragon: up to your chin. Contact: chin to mid-chest. Spin: chest to belly button. Find your size in the chart below.
Material
Carbon fibre is lighter and our most popular, especially on dragons. Aluminium costs less. Fire ends are always aluminium.
Grip
F-Grip is our default: grippy and lasts. Silicone is clear but slippery when sweaty. EPDM foam is grippiest when sweaty but wears fastest.
Dragon
Stand it next to you. It should reach your chin.
