How long will my order take to ship?

We are pretty quick! Most orders ship the same day if in before 2pm Mon-Fri. Some orders may be made to order and would normally go out the next day. 98% of all orders go out within 24 hours. 
You will get an email on all updates to the status of your order. Make sure you check your spam folder too. 

Can I get my order sent express?

Definitely! Just select the Express Post option on checkout, only available if you're delivery suburb is part of the Express Australia Post Express Post network. You can check if you are in the network here. If it's extremely urgent, please call first to check everything is in stock and we are cool to get it out to you the same day.

Free Shipping Discount Codes

From time to time we run promotions offering Free Shipping, if you receive free shipping from our company we will send your order via the most economical method available, usually Australia Post. Expedited freight is not available using a free shipping discount. 

When will my order be delivered?

Our estimated transit guidelines are:

  • Brisbane, Gold Coast Metro: 2-3 business days
  • Other QLD: 2-4 business days
  • Sydney, Canberra: 2-3 business days 
  • Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 3-5 business days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 business days

We use the following providers depending on the location and size of order etc.

Do you have International Shipping?

Yes, we have two shipping methods for international orders, you can choose DHL Express or Australia Post.

How much will it cost for International Shipping?

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. There's a shipping calculator on each of our product pages to give you an estimated freight cost.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to additional duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. They are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated by us prior to shipping as every country has different tax laws. Threeworlds has no control over customs fees but you can contact your local customs office to determine customs costs. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. 

If you refuse to pay at delivery, all additional fees incurred (eg. return freight costs) will be subtracted from your merchandise refund or billed to you by Threeworlds at a later date.

Are you open to the public? Do you have a shop?

We do have a shop in Burleigh Heads QLD, and our warehouse is also in Burleigh Heads. If you'd like to pick up your order from us, please visit us at the address below.

What warranty do you offer?<

All of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee, during which time we will repair or replace the item provided the problem is caused by faulty craftsmanship. All items need to be boxed or sufficiently wrapped for return.

If you experience a problem, usually the quickest and easiest way to get this resolved is to show us. Taking a picture or quick video helps us to assess, diagnose and resolve most, if not all issues before sending your item back to us for inspection.

If for some reason you are unable to do this we will look to get the item collected and then sent back to us for inspection.

What if the order is damaged in transit?<

If any product reaches you in a damaged/spoilt condition, please contact us as soon as possible with all the relevant details. The returns form is available here.

What if I just don't like the product/s?

Items can be returned to us for whatever reason within 7 days of purchasing. They must be in their original packaging, brand new and unused. However, in this instance, the customer is responsible for postage costs and the refund can take up to 10 working days. Just fill in a return for here.
