Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order provided they are in new and unused condition with proof of purchase*.


Extended Holiday Window

Our return window is extended for the holiday season. All purchases made between November 15th and December 31 may be returned or exchanged until January 31st. Standard non-returnable item exclusions still apply.

 

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Musical Instruments

Musical instruments are only eligible for return within 14 days from date of receipt. Woodwind instruments or instruments played by the mouth are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene unless the item is faulty. 


Custom Made

Custom props and special orders are not eligible for return. This includes custom lengths and wick size.


By the Metre Items

Items cut by the meter are not eligible for return e.g. kevlar wick or grip.


In-store Purchases

Receive an instant refund or exchange. In-store purchases cannot be returned via post.


Returning Online Returns

You'll need to cover return postage for change of mind returns. Postage charges on your original order are non-refundable. If an item is being returned because it is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, Threeworlds will provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

You'll need to cover return postage. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged product back to you, up to the same amount you paid for shipping on your original order.

Sale Items

They are not eligible for return unless faulty (excluding any defects disclosed at the time of purchase).


Final Sale or Ex-Demo

Final Sale or Ex-Demo items are products sold at a discount because they are being discontinued or may have disclosed defects (like scratches on an ex-demo model). They are not eligible for return unless faulty excluding any defects disclosed at the time of purchase).

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are ineligible for return.


Faulty Item

We will repair, exchange or refund a product where the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. Provided that the item has not been misused, physically damaged or neglected. The product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine the nature of the issue. Threeworlds reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund.
