We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel comfortable knowing you should always receive a product free from defects. We inspect everything, but hey, we're only human. If you do happen to get a faulty product, we'll make it right!

All Threeworlds manufactured products come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty*. 

 

 

Faulty Item

We will repair, exchange or refund a product where the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. Physical damage or damage caused by misuse, moisture, or neglect is not covered.

* Threeworlds reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund.

** Separate warranty applies to Carbon Fibre. See Here. 

*** Products modified may not be applicable to warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, removed moisture indication stickers on light units.

**** Warranty may be voided on not wholly Threeworlds products and is considered misuse.

***** If the item is being returned from/replaced to a different location due to relocation, Threeworlds is not responsible for return shipping costs beyond the original delivery area.

******* Warranty replacement shipping costs are not covered for purchases made in-store.

******** All of our products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of the original purchase. If and item is replaced under warranty, the replacement item is covered for the remainder of that original 12-month warranty period, rather than starting a new warranty term.

Products not manufactured by Threeworlds may come with their own warranties such as Flowtoys or Fibreflies and these warranties are handled directly by these brands. The product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine the nature of the issue.

 

Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
