  • Can I swap fire spokes and LED spokes on the same hub, or do I need a different hub for fire?

    The ultra hub and V3 hub take both fire and LED, along with the spiral claws. All interchangeable. These hubs are distinct from the "LUMI LED Dragon Hubs" which are an all in one solution that are not interchangeable.

  • My Lumi light isn't working — troubleshooting steps

    Sorry to hear your light isn't behaving! Most issues come down to charge or a connection, so it's worth running through these steps first:

    • Charge it fully. Connect the light to charge and leave it for a couple of hours, even if you think it's already charged — a flat battery is the most common cause.
    • Check the cable and contacts. Make sure the charging cable is fully seated and the charging contacts are clean and free of dust or corrosion.
    • Turn it on and watch what happens. Press the button to power the light on and cycle through the modes. Note what it does when it's plugged in and when you press once — for example, whether any light comes on at all.

    If it still won't work after a full charge, email life@threeworlds.com.au with your order number and a short video showing what happens when you plug it in and press the button. That helps us diagnose it quickly.
