Wholesale Terms & Conditions - Gold Wholesale

Now your setup with wholesale registration this gives you access to our wholesale range of products - it comprises products that we make ourselves here in Burleigh Heads or import directly. 

Be sure to activate your account, we have emailed you a Customer Account Confirmation email, just follow the link to create your login password. Then you will be able to login to our website to see wholesale pricing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Our first minimum order is $800 wholesale.
• Ongoing order minimum is $350 wholesale.
• Payments are upfront via credit card or direct deposit.
• We calculate freight after you finalise your order and we select the most economical freight option to your shipping address.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch as many of our products are handmade.
• Changes or alterations to an order are possible up until your order has been packed and we have sent you an invoice. Any changes or alterations may delay your order dispatch time.
• Pickup from our warehouse is available during our Burleigh Heads Warehouse during trading hours: Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed online and we will notify you once your order is ready.
• Once an order has been packed and invoiced, alterations to the order are no longer available. Prior to this it is possible to change your order, but may increase production times.
• We periodically review our wholesale accounts and if they are not regularly used or misused we reserve the right to revoke wholesale access for any reason or regrade your wholesale discount tier level. We rely on bulk ordering to make wholesale discounts viable.
