Wholesale Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Our minimum initial order is $800 wholesale.
- Our recurring minimum order amount is $350 wholesale.
- Our wholesale community is for business use only. Personal use is strictly prohibited.
- Payment is upfront via credit card or direct deposit.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch as many of our products are handmade.
- Freight is calculated after your order is finalized and packed, we select the most economical option. Your invoice will be emailed through to you for payment before dispatch.
- Changes or alterations to an order are possible up until your order has been packed and we have sent you an invoice. Any changes or alterations may delay your order dispatch time.
- Pickup from our warehouse is available from our Burleigh Heads Warehouse during trading hours: Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed online and we will notify you once your order is ready.
- Our pricing is subject to change and pricing is displayed on our wholesale website after you login.
- Order Frequency Requirements are dependent on the wholesale level that you qualify for.
- If your account is inactive for a substantial period of time or used for non-business transactions, you may be disqualified.
- RRP - we expect our wholesale customers to maintain industry standards in fairness of all resellers.
- If you undercut the RRP and unfairly undercut the market, you may be disqualified.
- Wholesale customers are subject to annual/periodic reviews as we rely on bulk ordering to make wholesale available. We reserve the right to revoke or regrade wholesale access for any reason. These reviews are based on the following:
- Minimum purchase orders
- Order Frequency
- Activity / Inactivity for a substantial period of time;
- Fair pricing
- Following the general rules of wholesale purchases
