Sorry to hear your light isn't behaving! Most issues come down to charge or a connection, so it's worth running through these steps first:
- Charge it fully. Connect the light to charge and leave it for a couple of hours, even if you think it's already charged — a flat battery is the most common cause.
- Check the cable and contacts. Make sure the charging cable is fully seated and the charging contacts are clean and free of dust or corrosion.
- Turn it on and watch what happens. Press the button to power the light on and cycle through the modes. Note what it does when it's plugged in and when you press once — for example, whether any light comes on at all.
