Battery Life
Once fully charged these light units will last about 16 hours of lights on play. This time varies depending on the light mode.
Charging Time
Charging time is 2 hours till full charge.
Charging Regularity
The circuit will self discharge when idle overtime so if you haven't played with your staff for a few weeks it may need a fresh charge. We have made charging time super quick though to account for this.

Charging Cable / Power Warning!
Charging Cable included. Power adapter not included. Use only a standard USB power adapter: 5V, up to 2A (10W max). Regular phone chargers (5V 1A or 2A) are safe. Do not use fast-charge or high-voltage adapters (9V, 12V, 20V) - this may overheat the cable, damage the poi, or cause a fire hazard.

So much fun. Last ages.
These were great. So good in fact that my 7 year old daughter confiscated them and over the course of the last couple of days has become obsessed. I have shortened them for her and decided they can be a compliment to her weird side. I will get around to getting myself another set. The real pros are they're soft and have vibrant settings so watching my kid slam herself in the head with them is nothing to worry about. (Just have to make sure she doesn't think she can set them on fire as per her discovery on YouTube)

I am an absolute beginner, I had been using a pair from Ali express for about 3 weeks before they broke! Was just grasping some moves so decided to buy the replacements from you. When they arrived, I was intimidated, they didn't have the finger straps, however, I'm 3 weeks in and I love them, when they hit me in the head they don't hurt!! The thick rope doesn't tangle up; the colours are amazing and I'm glad I don't have finger straps - very very very happy with my purchase
Wow, you guys have really outdone yourself with this upgrade. Not only have you adjusted the programming to accommodate different types of flow, but adding brightness adjustment and more colours? Its such a delight to see!
Coming from the V2.5 the upgrade feels so much more sturdy and beautiful than ever. The new rope adds much needed weight and the adjustable rope can accommodate anyone. The handle makes it so easy to hold, so much better than the finger loops.
The Demo light mode makes it so fun to show people all that these poi can do, which I greatly appreciate! The colours are more vibrant and its just so mesmerizing to look at.

The pois came at an uneven length, Ive tried to tie them myself but I cant figure out how to properly… it would be nice if they came with instructions how to tie them, or at an even length. Other than that the led colours are beautiful!

I purchased these as back up for my pod poi’s, and was really blown away at the brightness of the leds, the usb c charge is definitely beneficial, however I’m still getting used to the finger grips. Received my Poi Balls they are wonderful.
