Our Tuning Forks are based on the Cosmic Octave, a system developed by Hans Cousto that translates planetary, orbital, and natural frequencies into audible sound. This is different from the standard musical scale, so for example, the Heart Chakra fork isn’t tuned to F (349.23 Hz) as it would be in the Western musical system, but rather to a frequency derived from the Earth's year frequency, which corresponds to 136.10 Hz in the Cosmic Octave.

Each different fork aligns with a planetary or natural resonance, not traditional note values. The specific frequencies are designed to work with the subtle body and energy centers using these cosmic, rather than musical, correlations.
