This stage ball is oversized making it easier to learn with a greater surface area for contact to your skin. Play's Stage Ball is hollow and made of a flexible PVC which gives the ball great grip. This ball is perfect for practising contact juggling.

Got the 100mm Play Stage Practice Contact Juggling Ball in Blue.

While I don't have much experiance with contact juggling balls the product feels like it has a good weight to it for the size, Helping even a novice like me balance the ball on my hands and elbows. There is a visible seam around the ball but was to be expected as its a practice ball.
