Hubs bought on their own don't include spokes. Ultra and V3 hubs (sold individually, or as a pair through Kit Builder - Hubs) are hubs only. Add fire spokes, Lumi LED spokes or Spiral Claws separately. Each hub takes 3 or 4 spokes, so you'll need 6 or 8 for a full staff.
Our complete dragon staffs and the Custom Collapsible Dragon Staff Builder do include spokes. You choose the type and number as you build.
