The Bahia Buffalo Drum features a low-frequency bass tone that is found in many traditional drums from Africa, Brazil and the indigenous cultures of the Americas. The Bahia Buffalo Drum provides excellent projection and enhanced low-pitched fundamentals which are ideal for recreational, educational, professional and wellness applications. Equipped with a rope handle and mallet, they will maintain their pitch while being played in virtually any weather environment.

Magnificent Bahia Buffalo Drum - Black Earth!

I absolutely love my new drum. The deep resonance of the sound is moving to my soul. Even my dogs are mesmerised when I play it. I recently used it during a women's full moon circle and the effect on everyone there was profound. I highly recommend this magnificent drum.

Amazing sound and vibration

I bought this drum to counter the high tones of a Djembe that I play. The sound of this hand drum is amazing and you can its vibrations. Also, after playing the drum, I sometimes have Lucid dreams as well.

16” Remo Bahia buffalo drum

Great little drum to go with the 14” & 22” buffalo drums. The pitch variants really work between the three drums.
