Absolutely amazing product and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get this product

had a problem with my light unit and trying to get a replacement unit was impossible. emails just kept going around in circles and each time it was like i was talking to someone new.

Very solid staff with a cool locking mechanism and great feel. Really appreciate the three piece setup, easy to travel with and throw in a backpack. Tubes look very pretty lit up at night and easy to make custom colour ways.

My son is like a wild thing possessed. He has been twirling about lighting up our dark nights, we don’t have any light pollution here. So it’s just the stars and his amazing range of his custom settings, it’s like rainbows in the dark.

Hi Jason, this was my 2nd order of C5 Concentrate lights that our dance troupe uses as components in LED staffs and fans. We have had nothing less than stunning results. Last night though, two of our new lights failed to turn off and when I uninstalled the capsules I found the button switch rattling around inside the end of the capsule. While this was the only failure we've had out of 34 capsules, one of our fan sets is down. I'm wondering how to proceed with getting our troupe re-lit? Thanks and we love you guys!

I left a battery in my original staff and it leaked :-(.

I have a staff and I really like it a lot. You can choose different light modes and they all look great. One of the concentrate LEDs got a problem and it didn't change modes anymore. I reached out to the customer's service and got a replacement. That is really great. So if you think about buying go for it. Not the cheapest but good quality and service.

I have owned several different LED light toys and props and I am absolutely in love with the C5 unit. It has a large degree of customization options given how simple it is. It is also extremely durable and robust, and can last hours and hours on a single AAA battery. There is a reason I own 4 of these.

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service. Threewords not only has the best led lighting products for the flow arts, they stand by their products and customer service like no other company I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years.

Had an issue with my first unit and the threeworlds team sent a replacement right away. The second unit, I left the batteries in there for 6 months and they bled their disgusting brown innards into the poor, innocent spring. Ruined the led unit but was my fault for leaving them there. This one is great, does what it says on the box. Recommend

With plenty of colours and modes to choose from, this little device makes spinning the LED staff a real treat.

Fast delivery time and a great quality staff. I did have an issue where one of the LED units stopped working however the online staff were very helpful and replaced the unit without hassle. Will be buying from ThreeWorlds again!
