Threeworlds has been hand making djembe drums for over 20 years. The shells are hand carved in Africa and Java, and skinned here at our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Quality drums made with love. All of our drums are made using synthetic heads, an amazing breakthrough for djembe drumming, worldwide. The quality skins we use are better than ever before, providing a natural, warm and full body sound. Lasting longer than animal skins, our djembes are completely waterproof and won't go out of tune with temperature variations. They are more resistant to wear and tear, extremely durable and vegan friendly!
African Drumming Classes
This course is suitable for absolute beginners.
Throughout the course you will learn basic hand techniques, timing and simple patterns as you work your way up to learn and play an African Djembe rhythm.

Finish Time: 8.30pm
Start the first Tuesday of each month as a new rhythm is taught monthly.
Suitable for ages 16+

Cost: $20 per class.

Intermediate Weekly Classes
The intermediate classes are open to experienced drummers looking to take it further. These classes are fast paced and will provide a challenge for those seeking to develop their skills.
