The drum is great pretty much tells all its got a great base and sharp slaps just i thort it started to sound better after a week or so and the more i played it.eyeh great drum

Love the sound and style of this drum. The bass sounds much better than cheaper djembes. It is a hit with the students in my class.
can't believe its not goat skin!!!!

I <3 ed the texture of the umbagumbe plantaion through the base of the drum and I still to this day can't believe its not goat skin

I am so stoked with my djembe, i cranked it u up so tight ,the synthetic skin is the best ive seen,so strong,was blown away!sweet tone/slap,no overtone!popy and bassy. its so fun doing solos in large group,effortless! i cant believe its not goats skin. thanks guys
