This is the best practice poi I have used by far... Great svice from the three worlds guys.. Popped into th Brisbane store the other day and super great service!! Highly recommended!!

These are great for practicing new tricks as they don't leave those nasty black smudges that unlit firepoi leave. And their silkiness means they don't tangle, minimising the frustration of learning new moves.

The sock poi are the only things that have got me exercising after a lifetime of sloth! I love them and do not go a day without stretching with them. I feel great afterwards and recommend them most highly for a great workout in a calisthenics kind of way.
