Weighted to the hilt, and gripped up to the max. This staff is the result of years of fine tuning and customer feedback. They're gripped right up to 15cm from the flame offering protection from burning and the maximum contact area.

    I make and sell my own equipment, but I don't bother with contact staffs, not when these baby's are available. I recommend and order these for anyone no worries, they are fantastic, well bablanced and absolutely Brilliant for contact, you can't go wrong with a Matrix Contact staff. If you want to enter the world of Contact Twirling, this is the way to go.

    I bought a six foot about a month and a half ago and the world of contact twirling has just opened up to me, everything has come so easily with the help of this staff, minimal bounce, solid, surprisingly light and burns for ages.

    if you are looking to get into technical combination moves, this is the way to go.

    Extremely happy with the contact staff. Larger wicks n full length grip tape was the best thing about this staff. Heavier then the normal staff but made it better when using in actual contact. Defiantly recommend this if your looking for a good quality contact staff

    Bought the 5.7" to replace the 4 footer I had been practising with previously. Has made all the difference! Definitely a great staff. Not to mention how fast it was shipped and recieved

    I got the six footer to do some bo kata, and i was suprised at the low weight.

    I'm tall and powerful so it's what i need, shorter/lighter people find it too big though (which stops them from borrowing it... teehee ;) )

    Excellent staff for contact, excellent weight grip and use.

    Awesome staff! Perfectly weighted, the full length grip is a great idea, size of the wick is spot on. I've recommended this staff to every twirler i know

    Solid well made staff found it easy to learn with, suits me as I am quite tall, the extra wide grip is excellent and helps out greatly, you can really feel its weight once you get it moving fast. Have bought this as a beginner staff twirler and am extremely happy with it.
