    This dvd rocks. So much useful and simply explained with so many moves it will blow up your brain on th first viewing. this dvd definately takes poi to th next level. at first its a lil intimidating th skill level and style in the profile section makes u think that u will never catch up, but then th lessons break everything down so well that it kicks ur enthusiasm up a gear and makes u really wanna push urself to new hights. Totally satisfied, anyone from begginer to master should but this!!!
