- I am responsible for my own thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
- Thoughts have great power. I create my feelings and experiences by the thoughts I choose to think.
- I have the ability to actively guide my thoughts in a positive way.
- Frequent repetition of the same types of thoughts creates my beliefs and attitudes.
- Thoughts are like seeds I plant in my mind.
- The more I hold onto a particular thought the more power I can invest in it.
- Positive thoughts are those of silence, love, peace and happiness.
- They give me energy and strength. Negative thoughts are those of doubt, aggression, worry, guilt and jealousy. These rob me of power and strength and make me feel tired and drained.
- What I believe to be true is.
- I can’t control other people, situations or circumstances. I can control what is going on inside of me.My true nature is positive.
- Negativity is just a result of faulty thinking. I can change it if I wish to!
- I will develop the habit of watching myself, and listen to what I am telling myself.
- It takes time to change and transform those old patterns of thinking. I will be patient with myself.
