Soul consciousness is like a light in a dark room.
Switch it on and all the worries of the world disappear. There is so much power and freedom in remembering that we are all non-physical beings living out our lives inside these bodies on the planet earth.

Ok, this is so awesome! Only at Woodford a couple of us were talking out the front of the stall, playing with the new glow poi and fantisising of the future.
We thought of OLED screens embeded in poi, that would play videos as you twirled around. I think we need to wait a few more weeks before someone invents that, but in the mean time, this is soooo cool. We will let you know when the makers of these fine instruments start selling to the public. :)

What an epic event. Over 100,000 people pass through the gates of this all time awesome festival to take part in music, circus, fire, art and more.


The word that best sums up Woodford for me is colourful. Threeworlds had a presense again this year and we had heaps of drum jams, with the shop FULL of people and spilling out onto the street. Lots of fun juggling too as young kids discovered the fun of diabolo and devilstix. All in all a really great time.

Fire twirling has come along way since the days of spinning a stick around in the backyard. That's still lots of fun for the majority of us, however there are others that take it much, much further. Hours and hours of refining their skills and developing new ways to spin fire is what makes a lot of these folks tick. And there skills were brought together on this fine night to entertain the 500+ onlookers.

If you haven't been into the Threeworlds cafe for a while (4 months), you're in for a bit of a surprise. In true Threeworlds style we have moved the walls around... again.
This time around we have made the cafe a bit smaller and cosier. The ambience has definitely increased in the process though.
The menu is also looking up as we aquired a new chef from Gwingana health retreat. Vladmir is heading up the kitchen now and is slowly bringing a new line of healthy new meals to the table.  (read more to see current menu)
